The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. Whether relaxing at the house or exploring Cape Coral, everything was convenient and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful rest and recharged after a long journey. It was perfect to look at the starry sky while lying in the jacuzzi. Everything was clean and very cozy! I recommend visiting! Thank you!

Having lived in Cape Coral we are very familiar with the area. Mergim’s place worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

This house was very cozy had great amount of space, it was very clean, loved the coffee bar area. My daughter loved the gym area in the garage, my son loved the private pool in the home. We enjoyed the house very much. The house was close to everything. Definitely recommend it!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this cabin!! Upon walking in, you feel right at home. Everything is clean, decorative, and so comfy and homey!! The surroundings are so very peaceful, quiet and just beautiful. We are already planning our next stay!!! Really great place! Super clean, well-stocked, and in an awesome location — close to the beach and lots of things to do. The house had everything we needed and then some. The host was super responsive and helpful the whole time. Will definitely recommend to others!

Highly recommend this house. Located in a nice neighborhood, the house was very clean and rooms were filled with natural light. The kitchen was contemporary and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and with the Florida heat, we appreciated that the air conditioning worked extremely well. Pool area is cute and well kept. Mergim was a great host even proactively reaching out to see if everything met our expectations and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Desert Hideaway 🌵 I booked this place for a quick getaway and couldn’t have picked better. The casita is exactly as pictured—cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out so every inch feels purposeful. It’s small, but in the best “curl-up-with-a-book and breathe” kind of way. Everything was clean on arrival, with nice touches like fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchenette, and clear instructions. The patio was my favorite spot for sunrise coffee. Yes, you’ll see the occasional bug (welcome to the desert!), but nothing unexpected or unmanageable. If you keep doors closed and food sealed, they mind their own business. Overall, this place delivered exactly what I needed: peace, quiet, and a charming little base to explore the desert. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, restful retreat.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. Communication was clear and timely, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home.
