Excessive noise outside these hours may result in a $100 fine and could lead to county fines or permit issues. ☆ Tampering with the owner's closet or security camera is prohibited and will result in a $100 fee. ☆ Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is available next to the house, ensuring no issues with finding a spot. Keyless entry via a keypad at the front door, with the code provided 48 hours before arrival and changed after each guest. We offer a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. Please bring additional items for your stay. The house is accessible via GPS, which may route you down some dirt roads. Use caution during heavy rain. For your security, a Ring Flood Light camera is located at the front of the house facing the parking area and entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.

We came to Joshua Tree for a couple of days and were hoping for a private space where we could relax under the stars and enjoy the hot tub at night. This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, thoughtfully organized, and easy to settle into. We were able to unpack right away and fully enjoy our weekend. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking, and the location worked out great. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the park, making it convenient while still feeling peaceful and private, especially compared to staying at a hotel. Although the home is slightly remote, all of the roads leading in are paved, with only the driveway being gravel, which made access simple and stress free. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely book again if we return to the area. Thank you for hosting us. We truly appreciated the space and did our best to leave everything just as we found it.
