Excessive noise outside these hours may result in a $100 fine and could lead to county fines or permit issues. ☆ Tampering with the owner's closet or security camera is prohibited and will result in a $100 fee. ☆ Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests will have private access to the entire property with reliable high-speed internet throughout. Flat-screen TVs are equipped with streaming services. Parking is available next to the house, ensuring no issues with finding a spot. Keyless entry via a keypad at the front door, with the code provided 48 hours before arrival and changed after each guest. We offer a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. Please bring additional items for your stay. The house is accessible via GPS, which may route you down some dirt roads. Use caution during heavy rain. For your security, a Ring Flood Light camera is located at the front of the house facing the parking area and entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.

Definitely experienced a cozy, lovely place that is literally within a couple minutes from the Integratron. Mergim's communication has been on point and helpful when we had any questions. Has a very serene positive energy and would absolutely recommend others to experience the night skies.

i stayed by myself in his beautiful house in the dessert for my 41 birthday for four days and theee nights. the space was exactly what i was looking for and had everything i needed. bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, a cool kitchen that i even synced to my samsung phone. the area was quiet, which i absolutely loved. in the back of the house there's the hot tub and a gas fireplace that made my day every single night i was there. also, it's only a 30-min drive to Joshua Tree and 20-min drive to the closest store. Far enough but close enough. Perfect in case you bring no food like myself.

House was just as it was pictured. Very cute, decor was adorable and space was roomy, instructions clear. Clean, all listed amenities were there. Hot tub was great to see the stars under and relax. Very quiet, really nice place. Toilet flushing was a bit loud but not enough to lessen the overall experience. Would stay again

I had a wonderful rest and recharged after a long journey. It was perfect to look at the starry sky while lying in the jacuzzi. Everything was clean and very cozy! I recommend visiting! Thank you!
