Really great place! Super clean, well-stocked, and in an awesome location — close to the beach and lots of things to do. The house had everything we needed and then some. The host was super responsive and helpful the whole time. Will definitely recommend to others!

Highly recommend this house. Located in a nice neighborhood, the house was very clean and rooms were filled with natural light. The kitchen was contemporary and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and with the Florida heat, we appreciated that the air conditioning worked extremely well. Pool area is cute and well kept. Mergim was a great host even proactively reaching out to see if everything met our expectations and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and nice warm pool! The kids loved it! Close to everything and Mergim a great responsive host. The neighbor is a little crabby but she turned out ok and little annoying ants near the sink but everything else was great! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this airbnb. Mergim was an excellent host, always ready to help with anything we needed. The house is beautifully laid out, we had lots of space for our family of 5. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly, and the view from the pool is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The house is very well decorated, very spacious and very clean. There was nothing missing that we needed during our stay! The community pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts are walking distance from the house, and are a very fun addition to having our own pool at the house. The weights and punching bag in the garage were a fun bonus that we all took advantage of during our stay. There are countless restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, libraries, etc. just a very short drive from this house. We highly recommend renting this airbnb! We kept saying over and over again how glad we were that we chose this house during our stay in Florida. Thanks Mergim!!

We booked at last minute for a family emergency. Someone was in the hospital. He was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there. Again place was beautiful clean lovely pool safe neighborhood.
